For most people we are the Orosz brothers. We, Orosz Péter and Orosz Csaba, bearded and cheerful, are also dedicated to quality winemaking for the Sopron Wine Region (Soproni Borvidék) and the Stubenvoll Winery.

Brut Nature White sprakling wine
Spontaneous fermentation at controlled temperature. Bottled at 18-20 g/l sugar. Disgorged in spring/summer of the year following harvest. A fruity, simple, unfiltered, unclarified sparkling wine with a hazy appearance. It is characterised by lively acidity, fresh and cool structure.
As an aperitif or for the whole evening. Served at 8-9° C.

The main vineyard of the Stubenvoll winery and the cornerstone of our development is without doubt the Gauer vineyard – 3 hectares of contiguous land, well defined and enclosed on all sides. We consider organic farming to be our future. All the land we farm is protected with minimal and targeted plant protection. Only mechanical weed control is carried out in the fields and we are currently experimenting with mulching. We are currently farm/cultivate our vineyards according to the agri-environmental management, but on our Gauer vineyard we have opportunity to experiment with organic farming. Our lands have distant neighbours, with minimal chemical disturbance.
In 2020 we felt that the time had come to revive our heritage and to introduce the Stubenvoll name to the public from Sopron and Hungary, and in the future to international recognition. So in 2020, the Stubenvoll Cellar was launched. Stubenvoll Winery was founded in 2020.

For us, a glass of wine from Sopron represents the past, the present and the future. The past, because our family has been working with grapes and wine since 1710. We grew up among the vineyards. Present, because we live every day according to this lifestyle, together with our family. We both want to raise our children in the same spirit as we received from our parents and grandparents.
