As if it was discovered in Opa’s cellar. A rosé made from our limited-yield Blaufränkisch from the Gauer vineyard. 4 hours of maceration, spontaneous fermentation, 7 months of ageing on fine lees. 50% barrell 50% tank. Total 600 bottles produced. Bottled without clarification and filtration, minimal sulphur, minimal intervention. Best served at cellar temperature.

We had multiple appearances in the Borigo – Középpontban A Bor Magazine, but for the first time as winegrowers of the Stubenvoll Winery. The sommeliers of the magazine rated our 2021 Workshop Rosé above 90 points, which is a great recognition for us.
