Orders can be fulfilled within 5 working days. When sending the order, the customer accepts the delivery method: courier service, home delivery by FOXPOST. Delivery Delivery to the specified address will be made between 8am and 5pm, so please request delivery to an address where it can be delivered within this timeframe. Payment method: cash on receipt of the parcel or by bank transfer after ordering.
Shipping cost: 3000 HUF per order throughout Hungary. Delivery is free for orders over HUF 30 000 throughout Hungary.
The customer will receive an e-mail notification from the courier service on the day of pick-up or delivery, including the parcel number, the amount of the cash on delivery, the sender and their details.
The buyer is obliged to check the parcel at the time of delivery and to sign the receipt in case of complete delivery. After that, we are not able to accept complaints about shortcomings. If the parcel is not picked up during the delivery, the courier service will notify you of this and will attempt to deliver the parcel again (three free delivery attempts).
Our courier is only entitled to deliver the parcel if the recipient pays the amount indicated.
