SPRN Rozé – 2023

2,590Ft
The majority of this rosé wine reflects the best of our Kékfrankos and Zweigelt grapes, which are the outstanding varieties of the Sopron wine region. Alongside them, Pinot noir serves its spice. All three varieties are from the Gauer (Weidengrund) vineyard, the Kékfrankos and Zweigelt were harvested on the same day, already blended as grapes, and the Pinot noir was harvested specifically as a rosé, with a sparkling wine base.
Curiosities from the winegrowers

The must was briefly steeped in mash, followed by settling. Settled and fermentated in steel tanks for 16 days. After fermentation, it was blended and then matured on fine lees to age a little next to the fruit. It was bottled after clarification and filtration.

The result is a fruity rosé with a playful and complex texture.
